Customer Satisfaction Policy

Because Riverbend Ranch Black Label beef is perishable, it cannot be restocked or resold. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns. Instead, we will gladly work with you to resolve any issues.

We ask that you open your box as soon as you receive it, and if anything is wrong, please contact us immediately and we will make it right.

We guarantee your satisfaction, including:

  • Order accuracy— you will receive the products you ordered.
  • Condition—your products will be delivered chilled or frozen and vacuum sealed.

There are a few things that are outside of our control and therefore are not covered by our guarantee:

  • An incorrect shipping address—we guarantee delivery only to the shipping address you provided on your subscription order.
  • Failure to promptly retrieve your order once delivered.
  • Product delivery is refused. Please do not refuse delayed packages. We ask that you accept the package and notify us of any issues. We cannot fulfill our guarantee if a package is refused.

Also, if any packages are damaged, please let us know immediately. Because we cannot physically assess the damage, we may ask you to provide photos of the product labels and reported damage.
