There are four ways to enroll a new Member.

1. In the GROW app, find the chosen contact in your Contact List and select the “Invite to Melaleuca” button and fill out the Invite to Melaleuca form.
2. Online in the Grow Home Page menu of the Melaleuca website, go to the Enrollments section of the menu. Select New Enrollment and then Start a New Enrollment. Fill out the Start a New Enrollment form.
3. Send the Refer a Friend link. In the Enrollments section of the Grow Home Page menu, select New Enrollment and then Refer a Friend. Once the new customer finishes watching the video, the option to enroll will come up automatically.
4. Contact the Express Verification team on a three-way phone call with you, your customer, and an Express Verification team member.
5. Fill out the Customer Membership Agreement accurately and ensure the customer signs the document. Once completed, call the Enrollment Line to complete the customer’s enrollment and place their order. Submit the completed document to Melaleuca through Document Upload, the Melaleuca Quick Send App, mail, or fax.

The Enroller is the Marketing Executive who introduces someone to Melaleuca and helps them become a customer or Marketing Executive. For further details, read Policy 22 of the Statement of Policies, which can be downloaded on the Statement of Policies webpage.

The Presenter is the Marketing Executive who presents Melaleuca’s products and business opportunity to a new customer or Marketing Executive. In most cases, the Enroller is also the Presenter. For further details, read Policy 22 of the Statement of Policies, which can be downloaded on the Statement of Policies webpage.

The Immediate Support Team Marketing Executive is the person that you are placing your new member under in your Marketing Organization. The Immediate Support Team Marketing Executive and you, the enroller, are the primary resources in helping your new Member with their Melaleuca membership or their business.

At Melaleuca, you are not required to buy products in order to earn commissions. You simply need to produce 29 product points. This can be done by your household or a household you refer. If you choose to be a Member, your household’s purchases will more than satisfy your 29 Product Point requirement. A Personal Production Account is another option where you may list other households from your personal enrollments to satisfy this requirement. There are multiple resources to verify that your new customer’s documents have been received.

1. In the GROW app, click on My Customers and verify that your customer is listed as a Member.
2. Check on the Follow-Up Center located in the Grow Home Page on the website.
3. Use the MORE tool to verify that your customer is listed as preferred.

Allow 1-2 business days for enrollment documents to process.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, E-Savings, and E-Checking. Although a customer can place an order using a prepaid credit card or a credit card that receives direct deposits, an accepted method of payment must be on file as the default method of payment in order for the customer to become a Member. For those who use E-Savings or E-Checking as the method of payment, the first order may take up to seven business days to process the payment. Once the banking information has been validated, the order will be processed and shipped right away.

Each customer or Marketing Executive must have method of payment of which he or she is the owner and is authorized to withdraw funds. Using your own checking account, savings account, or credit card to enroll someone else can be cause for termination.

A credit card, checking account, or savings account is necessary for Member status. A customer can be enrolled as a Non-Member if they do not have a valid primary form of payment.

A new Member can place a product order before their Membership documents are received. After that, Melaleuca must receive the documents before the customer can receive all the benefits of being a Member.
