A customer may cancel his/her Customer Membership Agreement by submitting a signed cancellation form to Melaleuca, no later than 5:00 pm (MST) on the last day of the month. Cancellation forms can be downloaded online by going here. The form may be faxed to 1-888-528-2090, emailed to [email protected], or mailed to: Melaleuca, Inc. 4609 West 65th South, Idaho Falls, ID 83402. Please refer to Statement of Policies #11 for additional information.

A Member commits to ordering a minimum of 35 Product Points each calendar month, receives a 30-50% discount off regular prices, is eligible to earn Loyalty Shopping Dollars, and has access to a number of other membership perks through Melaleuca Services. Click here to see all the benefits of being a Melaleuca Member. A Non-Member has no monthly commitment, pays regular price for Melaleuca products, and has limited access to Melaleuca Services.

Download a Customer Membership Agreement form. Fill out Section 1, making sure to mark the Non-Member box. Then sign the bottom of the form in Section 5. On the top of the form, please hand write across the top "Changing Status Only." Once complete, please fax (1-888-528-2090) or mail (4609 West 65th South, Idaho Falls, ID 83402) to Melaleuca. To reactivate your account, complete a new Customer Membership Agreement and fax (1-888-528-2090) or mail (4609 West 65th South, Idaho Falls, ID 83402) to Melaleuca. Your Member number is an eight digit number that can be found near the top of your Purchase Receipt. You can also get your number by calling one of our friendly representatives at 1 (208) 534-3000.

If you have forgotten your PIN or would like to change it, call Services Support 1-800-742-2444.

A Convenience Certificate is a Backup Order option that still guarantees your Member Status, in the event that you forget to place your monthly order.  Our Convenience Certificate allows you the added convenience of choosing which products you would like to receive at a later time.  In fact, each certificate can be used up to two years after the date it is issued!

Certificates may be redeemed over the phone or online during checkout.  Certificates are not eligible for refund, shipping expenses or taxes, but you can redeem them for nearly any of our 450 amazing products.  The only exceptions are special discounted packs, Pantry Packs, or items that have been discounted even lower than the normal Member price.  If you'd like to learn more, give one of our helpful Customer Service Agents a call and they can tell you how to start shopping with this convenient option, adding just one more benefit to your Membership.
